Share in the cultural and community vibes with the healing and detox properties of lemons. Inspired by my family's beloved hometown village "El Limón" in Corozal, Puerto rico. When my father was growing up there lived a beautiful lemon tree on hte side of the main road that faithfully gave so many lemons. Locals used the lemons to make lemon juice, lemon candies and used the lemons for medicinal purposes too. Back when the streets had no name, the tree was used as a frame of reference when giving directions. Even though the original tree is no longer there the name stuck and "El Limón is where most of my family live today. Most homes in the area were designed with "azulejo" tiles which are traditional in Spanish design.
An absolute key element to my morning ritual is writing my "Morning Pages". I designed this journal to inspire others to write. Whether its starting a gratitude journal, starting your own "Morning Pages" or writing your new dreams and goals.
